STARTED

How do I start a course?

Starting is easy! Simply browse our courses and select the ones you like from our course list. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to create your personal student account. If you already have an account, just log in and choose the courses from the list.

When will my course start?

You can start your course right after you’ve made the successful payment. You will also receive lifetime access to your course. That means you can start the course at a later time, take as many breaks as you like, and even retake the entire course in the future.

How long is a course?

We packed all the essentials into powerful short courses. Each course takes between 1.5 and 3 hours. All our courses are 100% online, self-paced, and text-based (including lots of pictures, graphs, and diagrams). No additional reading material is required. What are the starting requirements?

All our courses are designed for both students and non-students. Therefore, you need neither previous knowledge of management concepts nor any formal application to start. All you need is a web browser and some motivation!

Payment

How much does a course cost?

With our current discounts, our online courses cost between US$30 and US$150. These costs include the course content as well as your personal certificate. There are no additional costs. You can find all prices here.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), major debit cards, and PayPal for your payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept manual bank transfers. If you use the credit card of a third party (e.g. family member or close friend), please make sure that this person approves your payment.

When do I need to pay?

All of our courses have to be paid upfront. You can start studying immediately after the successful payment.

Why do my payments fail?

There are various reasons why a payment may fail. Here are some error sources and solutions:

  • Check your entered credit card details for mistakes
  • Make sure there is enough money on your account
  • Use PayPal as alternative payment
  • Use another credit card

Course & Program Certificates

How do I get a course certificate?

To gain your personal course certificate, you have to complete an online course and a short quiz. All of our course quizzes are multiple-choice. Don’t worry – you can retake the quiz several times free of charge. Also, there is no time limit for completing the course or the quiz. You will receive your certificate as a digital file (pdf). We do not send hard copies.

What is the value of my certificate?

INSE holds its distance learning programs to the same high standards that are applied by traditional educational institutions. Our certificates are therefore acknowledged and accepted by employers around the world. Please note that we do not award academic titles or degrees. However, most organizations recognize INSE certificates as valid professional certificates. Make sure to add your achievements to your CV and your LinkedIn profile! Where can I find my certificate(s)?

To find and download your certificates, log-in and navigate to “My Account > My Certificates”.

We are guided by the German legal system and the further education framework of the European Union (EU). The Digital Education Action Plan of the European Commission (EC) strengthens digital certificates and IBMI supports the idea to replace paper-based documents with more modern alternatives. Therefore, you will receive all of your certificates as digital files (pdf), so you can easily store and share your qualifications. We do not send hard copies. If you need a hard copy of your certificate, we recommend printing it with a high-quality electrophotographic printer. Both documents – the digital certificate and your personal printout – are valid.

Employers and educational institutions can always verify our certificates by the ID code on each certificate.

What is a program certificate?

If you complete 4 to 6 related courses in a specific field (e.g. Mini-MBA), you will receive a program certificate without any additional fees. You can find these programs on our course list here.

I cannot pay or place an order

Please use a credit card or PayPal for your payment. There are various reasons why a payment may fail. Here are some error sources and solutions:

  • Check your entered credit card details for mistakes
  • Make sure there is enough money on your account
  • Use PayPal as alternative payment
  • Use another credit card
I cannot start the course I bought

Please do the following:

  • Log in and check if the course appears in your “My Courses” section. If it does not appear there, please check if you have used a different email address during the checkout process.
  • Check your email inbox for your INSE order confirmation email. If you did not receive such an email, please check if you have used a different email address during the checkout process.
  • Check with your bank to see if the money was deducted from your account.
  • If your order was successful and you can’t get course access, please send an email to info@insolutionsegypt.com with your name and the order ID.
I made a mistake with my order

If you accidentally bought a course twice or if you purchased the wrong course, please send an email to info@insolutionsegypt.com and describe your problem. We are happy to help!

I have to change my name, email, or password
  • If you forgot your user password, please click here to reset it. Note: if you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder.
  • If you need to change your name or your email address, simply log in and navigate to “My Account > My Profile > Edit Account”.
